Frequently asked questions

A tarball of the full panel source, a license key, and credentials to the master update server. You install it on your own server (nginx + PHP 8.3 + MySQL), walk through the 5-step installer, and you're live. No parts held back, no feature flags — everything you saw on the live demo is what you get.

Your panel keeps running — the license doesn't expire. You just stop receiving updates from the master server. Your existing install continues to work; new versions and patches just won't download. Renew any time to catch up.

Annual renewal extends your update window by another 12 months for $49. Lifetime pays once and you keep receiving updates forever, plus you get priority support. If you plan to run the panel for 3+ years, Lifetime is cheaper than renewing every year.

One production install per license. You can run a separate staging/dev install with the same key — we don't lock by IP or hostname — but for a second live site you buy a second license. Lifetime owners can transfer a license twice (e.g. server migration).

The source is fully readable PHP and you can modify it for your install. It's licensed, not open source — you can't redistribute or resell the source itself. Modifications you make are yours to keep. Heavy custom changes may complicate future updates; keep a clean copy and we'll help merge on request.

There's an "Install Update" button in /admincp/settings → Updates. It calls our master server, downloads the latest tarball, verifies the SHA-256, backs up your current install, swaps files and runs pending migrations — all in one click. Rollback snapshots are kept per release.

Roll back to the previous backup (kept in backups/ under your install root). Message support and we'll look at the error log together. Most issues are environment-specific — custom PHP extensions, Mysql version quirks — and fix in one pass.
